1. Return Window

You may return unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@jianying.us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the return authorization

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

4. Conditions for Return

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved products (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale items marked as "final sale"

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, email us at support@jianying.us.
